Chemical Soil Treatment (Barrier)

A liquid termiticide is applied to the soil around the foundation of your home, creating a continuous treated zone that termites cannot safely cross. Applied by trenching around accessible areas and drilling through concrete paths, pavers, or slabs where required.

We exclusively use Termidor for chemical treatments — Australia’s leading non-repellent termiticide. Termites can’t detect it, so they walk through the treated zone and carry the chemical back to the colony, eliminating it at the source. Termidor is proven, long-lasting, low odour, and safe around pets and children when properly applied.

Best for: Established homes with accessible soil around the perimeter.

Reticulation System

A network of underground pipes is installed around the building foundation during the initial treatment. The system is then refilled with termiticide every 3-8 years without the disruption of trenching or drilling again.

We use Termidor for all reticulation refills — premium chemical is non-negotiable when it comes to protecting your home.

Best for: Homes with pavers, concrete paths, or landscaping that would otherwise be disturbed with each re-treatment. Also ideal for homes undergoing renovations.

Baiting & Monitoring System

In-ground bait stations are installed around the perimeter of the property. Stations are monitored regularly — when termite activity is detected, bait is deployed and carried back to the colony, eliminating it at the source.

Best for: Properties with difficult access, environmentally conscious homeowners, and situations where active termite colonies need to be targeted.
