Setup, follow-up, and removal, so activity is cleared, results are checked, and every station is retrieved.
We assess your property, then install up to 5 tamper-resistant bait stations in key areas (roof void, subfloor, garage). Extra stations if needed are $40 each. All stations are placed safely away from children, pets and wildlife.
We return to check bait uptake and activity, replenish bait, and reposition stations if the activity pattern calls for it.
A final assessment, then all stations are safely retrieved as required by law. If activity remains, extra visits are $125 each.
Why it’s three visits now
New 2026 APVMA rules require professional rodent baits (SGARs) to be retrieved or reassessed within 35 days, to protect pets and wildlife. “Set and forget” baiting is no longer compliant, so monitoring and removal are now built into every program.
Note: external baiting is not permitted for mice (treatment is internal, where activity is confirmed); rats may include external stations where safe. Prefer no SGARs? Ask us about alternative baiting we can leave on site.
