Having pest control is not the same as passing an audit

This is the thing most operators get caught out by.

Plenty of businesses book a pest treatment, tick the box, and assume they are covered. Then an auditor arrives, looks at the service frequency against the risk profile of the site, and marks them down anyway.

Being serviced too infrequently for your risk level is a finding. So is having no documentation on site. So is having no evidence that anyone is monitoring between visits.

An auditor is not just asking whether you have a pest controller. They are asking whether there is an integrated pest management program in place, whether the frequency is appropriate, and whether you as the operator are participating in it.

That is what we build.

We set frequency against your risk, not off a price list

Every site is different. A high turnover kitchen with a loading dock backing onto a bin area does not carry the same risk as a first floor office suite.

We assess the site, work out the risk profile, and set a service frequency that suits it. Not the cheapest interval that lets us quote a low number, and not an inflated one to pad the contract.

If your current provider quoted you a frequency without walking the site first, that is worth questioning.

Every commercial client gets a documentation folder kept on site, so that when an auditor asks, everything is in one place and current.

The last two matter more than people expect. The sighting register is what demonstrates that your staff are involved in the program rather than just watching someone spray once a month. The recommendations register shows an auditor there is an ongoing improvement process, and that issues get raised and closed out.

Together they turn a stack of invoices into a documented integrated pest management plan.

Rodent programs

Rodents are the fastest way for a food business to fail an inspection, and the hardest thing to explain to a customer who sees one.

Our rodent programs are built around your site rather than a standard package. Bait stations are placed based on where the risk actually is, serviced on a schedule matched to your risk profile, and the products used are selected for the situation on site rather than defaulting to the strongest thing available.

Product selection and service intervals follow current APVMA requirements, which have changed recently and continue to be reviewed. We stay across it so you do not have to, and we will walk you through what applies to your site when we quote.

If activity turns up between services, the program escalates. What that looks like depends on the site, and we will explain it clearly before anything changes.

German cockroach knockdown programs

German cockroaches are a different problem to the species that wander in from outside, and they are the ones that shut kitchens down.

They breed indoors, they build up fast, and a single treatment does not resolve them. The lifecycle means eggs surviving the first treatment hatch afterwards, which is why one-off jobs fail and businesses end up paying repeatedly for the same problem.

Our knockdown program runs three visits spaced two weeks apart. That interval is deliberate. It catches successive hatches and breaks the cycle rather than knocking the visible population down and letting it rebuild.
