Our General Pest Control service is a comprehensive internal and external treatment using premium, low-odour products that are safe for families and pets when applied correctly. Every job includes:

• External wall and surrounding area spray (where safe to do so)
• Weephole dusting on brick veneer homes
• Roof void dusting
• Internal cracks and crevices treated
• Skirting board spray throughout
• Cockroach gel baiting in wet areas (kitchen, bathroom, laundry)
• Property assessment with written recommendations to reduce pest ingress through conducive conditions

You’ll receive a comprehensive pest advice report after every treatment.

6-Month Free Service Period

Our standard General Pest Control service includes a 6-month free service period on cockroaches (excluding German cockroaches), spiders, and silverfish. If any of these pests return within 6 months of your treatment, we’ll come back and re-treat at no charge.

Please note the following conditions apply:

• The free service period covers cockroaches (excluding German cockroaches), spiders, and silverfish only
• Ants are treated as part of the standard service but are not covered under the standard guarantee — upgrade to our Premium Ant Treatment add-on for a 60-day ant guarantee
• German cockroaches are excluded due to the specialist ongoing treatment programs they require
• The free service period is subject to the property being tidy and accessible at the time of the original treatment — if key areas could not be treated due to obstructions, the guarantee cannot apply to those areas
• The free service period does not apply if new pest pressure has been introduced through conditions outside of our control (e.g. significant changes to the property, neighbouring infestations)
