Service Guarantee & Payment Terms

General Pest Control — 6-Month Free Service Period
Rampart Pest Management’s 6-month free service period applies to the following pests under our General Pest Control, Termite & Pest Package, and Ultimate Package services:
- Cockroaches (excluding German cockroaches)
- Spiders
- Silverfish
If any of the above pests return within 6 months of your initial treatment, we will return and re-treat the affected areas at no charge.
The following conditions apply to the free service period:
- German cockroaches are excluded due to the specialist ongoing treatment programs they require
- Ants are treated as part of the standard General Pest Control service but are not covered under the standard guarantee — the Premium Ant Treatment add-on includes its own 60-day guarantee on ants
- The free service period is subject to the property being tidy and accessible at the time of the original treatment — if key areas could not be treated due to obstructions, the guarantee cannot apply to those areas
- The free service period does not apply where new pest pressure has been introduced through conditions outside of our control (e.g. significant structural changes, neighbouring infestations, hoarding)
Service-Specific Guarantee Terms
Premium Ant Treatment add-on: 60-day free service period on ants. If ants return within 60 days of treatment, we will re-treat at no charge. Subject to the same accessibility and cleanliness conditions as above.
Flea Treatment — 2-Visit Comprehensive: 30-day free service period. If fleas persist after the second visit, we will re-treat at no charge within 30 days. Applies to standard homes up to 4 bedrooms.
Flea Treatment — Single Visit: No guarantee included. Suitable for light infestations or as a preventative measure.
Rodent Control Program: The standard program consists of 2 visits — an initial treatment and a follow-up within 35 days to assess activity and retrieve or replenish bait stations in line with APVMA 2026 regulations. Additional visits may be required for ongoing infestations and will be quoted individually. No ongoing guarantee applies beyond the scope of the agreed program.
Wasp Nest Removal: No guarantee included. Paper wasp nests only — we do not service mud dauber wasp nests. Flying pests can establish new nests independently of previous activity.
Termite Inspection: Diagnostic service only. No treatment is included and no guarantee applies. Inspections are conducted in line with Australian Standard AS 3660.2 and cover accessible areas at the time of visit only. We cannot move furniture or perform invasive inspection. A written report will be provided following your appointment.
Conditions of the Free Service Period
To be eligible for a free return visit under any guarantee:
- The original treatment must have been completed by Rampart Pest Management
- The reinvasion must be reported within the applicable guarantee period
- Reasonable access to the property must be provided for the return visit
- The property must have been tidy and accessible at the time of the original treatment
- The property must not have introduced new pest pressure through conditions outside of our control
Termite Barrier Quotes
Termite barrier estimates provided through our website or over the phone are indicative only and do not constitute a firm quote. A termite inspection in line with AS 3660.2 is required before a firm quote can be provided.
- The termite inspection is charged at our standard inspection rate
- Should you proceed with barrier installation, the inspection fee will be credited toward the total cost
- Firm quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of inspection
- After 30 days, a new inspection is required as termite activity and conditions may have changed
- Final pricing may vary based on property size, soil conditions, accessibility, existing structures, and chosen treatment type
Payment Terms
Payment is taken on the day of service. We accept card, bank transfer, and cash. No deposit is required at the time of booking, though we ask that you provide reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Accessibility & Cleanliness
To ensure your treatment is effective and your guarantee remains valid, please ensure your property is tidy and accessible at the time of your appointment. This includes:
- All rooms clear enough to allow access to skirting boards and floor edges
- Cupboards under sinks and in laundry areas cleared
- Roof void access hatch clear and accessible
- External walls and perimeter clear of clutter
We cannot treat areas that are obstructed, and the guarantee cannot apply to areas that were inaccessible at the time of treatment.
